What payment do you take?
Cash only. There's no card or tap machine, so hit the ATM first — the buns are worth it.
What are your hours?
We're open daily, 9 AM – 7 PM. Holiday hours can differ and popular items sell out, so call (905) 305-0988 to be sure.
Do you make birthday cakes?
Yes — Hong Kong–style whole cakes. Send a cake request through the site or call (905) 305-0988 to talk sizes, flavours and lead time.
Do you do catering?
We don't offer a formal catering service. For a larger order — trays of buns, boxes of tarts for the office — call ahead and ask; with enough notice we'll see what we can do.
Do you deliver?
Not at the moment — SOHO is a pickup bakery. Call ahead at (905) 305-0988 and your order will be waiting at the counter.
Is there parking?
Yes — free plaza parking right outside the door at 38 Buttonfield Rd.
Can you tell me about allergens?
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, sesame and nuts. Please ask our team in store about any specific item — we'd rather you ask twice than guess once.
